Mixed type development comprised of commercial spaces and residential units, including underground parking, auxiliary spaces and external works.
The project comprises two commercial units and 32 contemporary apartments. The works included strip out, complete interior refurbishment, M&E services, façade works with external cladding, roofing works, landscaping and external works.
