Design and Build project for a Residential Development of 61 contemporary apartments in Chertsey, Surrey. The project consists of the conversion of an existing office building to provide 39 residential units and a new build extension for a further 22 units. The scope includes the full range of building works, including a new RC structure, new roof as well as all mechanical and electrical installations.
