Working with a London-based property development fund, 3ACE transformed this tired, former commercial building in Sunbury-on-Thames into a block of 80 high quality, contemporary apartments designed for urban living, managing the complete Fit-Out works, including all Mechanical and Engineering solutions required, new external cladding and glazing across the building’s 13 floors.
